Privacy Policy for NextDecide

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the NextDecide mobile application (the "App").

1. Overview and Local Processing

NextDecide helps you perform Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) calculations (including AHP, CRITIC, VIKOR, and Eisenhower matrix visualizations) on your device. Your topics, criteria, comparisons, and results are processed locally and are not sent to our servers.

2. Information Collection and Use

We do not operate a backend that stores your decision data. Core app features work without creating an account. Third-party services described below may collect device-related data for diagnostics, analytics, and advertising.

3. Advertising

The App integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data, such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and general usage statistics, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can read Google's policies here: Google Privacy Policy.

4. Crash and Diagnostic Reporting

Starting with version 1.0.1, the App uses Sentry to automatically report crashes and unhandled errors. The data collected is limited to technical diagnostics: stack traces, device model, operating system version, and app version. No personally identifiable information, decision data, or content you enter into the App is transmitted. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. You can read Sentry's policies here: Sentry Privacy Policy.

5. Anonymous Usage Analytics

Starting with version 1.0.1, the App uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — for example: which calculation method was used, how long a calculation took, which language was selected. This data does not identify you personally and is not linked to any identifier you provide. It is used only to understand how the App is used in aggregate and to prioritize improvements. You can read Google's policies here: Firebase Privacy and Security.

6. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
